In our Bible story, God told Ananias what to do. It was scary, but Ananias knew what God wanted. So, Ananias obeyed and did what God said. And something amazing happened—his enemy Saul suddenly became his friend! It was better than anything Ananias could have imagined. Sometimes that’s what happens when we do what God wants. But how do we know what God wants us to do? Well, he tells us! The best way to know what God wants is to look into the Bible. The Bible is God’s word. It shows us what God is like and what he wants. The Bible tells us what to do in every minute of every day. It tells us to love people. It tells us to get wisdom, which means we need to keep learning about life. It tells us to help people know God more. And it tells us to try to get a treasure in heaven. We can do these things every minute of every day—and if we do, we will be right where God wants us to be. And God will do amazing things with us.
