Devotional

In our story, Jesus promised to be with us all the time if we are doing his work. That’s an amazing promise! Think about what it means! It means we can always talk to him. And, he always knows the trouble we are going through, even if nobody else knows. And, he will give us everything we need. And, he will give us power to do his work. We might not be able to see Jesus with our eyes. But, if we do what he says, he will help us every day.

Discussion Questions

1. What promise did Jesus make in our story?
2. Who gives us power to do God's work?
