Devotional
Can you imagine not being able to see at all? Our Bible story is about a man who couldn't see. He could only sit at the side of a road. He could only hope that people would be nice enough to give him some money to buy things. Being blind was a terrible problem. But Jesus taught his disciples that God had a plan for this man. God wanted to heal this man. He also wanted to help other people know God. Then Jesus healed the man, and everyone wanted to find out more about Jesus. This story reminds us that God has a plan for our troubles. We might not see what God is doing. But God always does what is good and right. If we don't like what he's doing, we can remember that he has good reasons for everything he does. We'll know those reasons someday.
