Devotional
Sometimes it's really hard to do the right thing. We know what God wants us to do. God wants us to love him and love other people. We need to think of other people and try to be kind. But some people only think about themselves. Some people do terrible things, but nothing bad happens to them. Sometimes those people have more fun than we do, and more friends than we do. It doesn't feel fair. So Jesus told a story to teach us that sometimes the world doesn't feel fair. But God will make things right someday. In the end, the people who love God will live forever with him. But the people who don’t love God will be very sad. So we don't have to worry when the world doesn't feel fair. We just have to keep following Jesus and doing what he wants. He will take care of us, and he will give us his whole kingdom in the end.
