Our Bible story shows us that Jesus was a lot like us. He had parents, and he traveled with them, and he grew up and became bigger and stronger, just like we grow up. But, Jesus was also different from us. Even when he was little, he knew things that his parents didn't know. And he knew things that even great teachers didn't know. Our story reminds us why we love Jesus. We love Jesus because he became like us. Jesus loves us so much that he became a little kid for us. But, our story also reminds us why we do what Jesus says. We do what Jesus says because he is smarter than us, and he knows what’s good for us.
